SMS Consent
How Consent Works
OVYR is operated by CARLOS DAVID INOJOSA AGNELL, the sole proprietor registered for this messaging program.
OVYR messaging number: +1 (561) 293-4909.
OVYR provides an automated missed-call follow-up and customer-support messaging service. When you voluntarily call the OVYR business number, our automated system offers you an optional “Press 1” SMS consent choice. Consent is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of receiving any service or of purchasing any goods.
If you press 1, you agree to receive automated text messages from OVYR. If you do not, no text messages will be sent to you.
What Messages You Receive
Our messages consist of a missed-call follow-up and customer-service questions about your flooring or home-improvement project — for example, the type of project, its approximate size, location, the service you are requesting, and your preferred callback time.
Additional conversational messages are only sent if you reply to our messages.
What You Hear on the Call
During your call you will hear, verbatim, the following disclosure:
“OVYR can send you automated missed-call follow-up and customer-service text messages about your flooring or home-improvement project, including questions about the service you need, project details, location, and preferred callback time. Message frequency varies based on your replies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe. Our Terms are available at ovyr dot pro slash terms, and our Privacy Policy is available at ovyr dot pro slash privacy. Press 1 to agree to receive text messages from OVYR.”
After you press 1, you will hear: “Thank you. You are enrolled to receive missed-call follow-up and customer-service text messages from OVYR. Your call will now be connected.”
Frequency, Rates, and How to Opt Out
