Terms of Service
Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of the OVYR website and the missed-call SMS messaging program described below. You may contact us at info@ovyr.pro.
OVYR is operated by CARLOS DAVID INOJOSA AGNELL, the sole proprietor registered for this messaging program.
The OVYR SMS Program
When you call the OVYR phone number, you will hear an automated disclosure and may be offered the choice to press 1 to consent to receiving automated text messages from OVYR. Consent is provided verbally (the “Press 1” step) during your call.
These messages include missed-call follow-ups and conversational customer-service questions about your flooring or home-improvement project, such as the type of project, its approximate size, location, the service you are requesting, and your preferred callback time.
If your call is not answered by the person you intended to reach, and you have consented to receive texts, we may send you one automated follow-up SMS. Additional conversational messages are only sent if you reply to our messages. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
Your consent to receive text messages is entirely optional. It is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us, and you are never required to agree to receive texts.
Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply and will be billed by your wireless carrier.
Opting Out and Getting Help
To stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP to any message you receive. You will then no longer receive SMS messages from this program. For help or more information, reply HELP at any time, or contact us using the details above.
Carrier Liability
Neither your wireless carrier nor any mobile carrier is liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please check your messaging plan for applicable rates and charges.
Privacy
Your use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information.
These terms were last updated on September 8, 2026. Please review them along with our Privacy Policy.
